Directions to Frank’s Freedom Field

From the Winthorpe / Newark Showground Roundabout on the A46 

• take the exit towards Gainsborough A1133

• Continue along the A1133 for approximately 6 miles – you will pass through the villages of Langford, Collingham and Besthorpe.

• You will see a sign saying Girton Village Only with a left-hand arrow, and New Lane with a straight-ahead arrow. You will turn left at the next turning towards Girton Village

• At the next Girton Village Only sign turn left and the field entrance is immediately on your left. 

From A57 / Newton on Trent 

• Follow the A1133 towards Newark for approximately 5 miles (from the A57/A1133 junction)

• The field is on your right just past New Lane (which is on the left) 

• As you turn right off of the A1133 towards Girton the field is immediately on your left
